This Image was taken with a Canon EOS 20 with a Cockin Vario Blue Yellow

Polarizer, and a Cockin Hard Grad ND Filter ....

Great composition, I like the way you have slightly offset the jetty and placed the boats in a perfect "thirds" position, giving a distant focal interest point. Your choice of filters has proved successful too with subtle colouration and definition.
