Outstanding still life work, well lit and of very great details, the content of this image do work together nicely and do add to its composition.

Very nice work.  The only comment for improvement I have, is the reflection in the bottle.  The reflection of the flowers is great but there seems to be a reflection of a window which is distractive.  Maybe you can soften a bit with PS.

Ben, you are quite right about the reflection. I didn't notice it. Thanks. I don't have a good place to do this kind of work, although I enjoy it very much.

It reminds us that no matter how we isolate our subjects, they still have to go out into the real world!  However, if you DID want to soften the reflection a bit, you could suspend some 'butchers' wrapping paper or wax paper in front of the window.

I love the fact that you have included the fallen petals in the composition, it kind of anchors the whole shot and balances the composition perfectly.  I prefer natural light rather than any form of artificial lighting, and the window reflection doesn''t detract from the image for me.
