Humorous and very creative. Excellent compositing. Maybe the surround and foreground is burned down a little too much.

I like the idea. Perspective and proportion is good too. But, the spaceship and the disturbance around it, the water pouring down the edge of the spaceship do not shown any disturbance on the water surface at the lake, sea, or what ever.  It would be more believable this surrealistic image if you do something with the water surface. According of the scale of the figures floating up to the spaceship open portal, the spaceship right above the ship on the water. The question is, from where is the water get to the top of the spaceship to pouring down like a water fall? Your idea is excellent, but, you have to work on all of this above, to make the image  more serious a creation, not just a half job.
