johnborg 0 Posted November 2, 2010 Hi Meir! Thanks for your pictorial suggestion. I actually think it portrays the different light intensities more than the colour version. In the colour one I wanted to keep the warm colours which I liked. The two versions in my opinion have there strong pioints. Thanks alot and best regards. Link to comment

Pierre Dumas 304 Posted November 2, 2010 Obviously it might go in B&W too! The Meir's picture is too small though, but I think this richness of colors might be easily turned into a richness of B&W tones!Cheers John!PDE Link to comment

alfbailey 4 Posted November 3, 2010 The natural light and warm colours are essential elements in the success of this image. The longing expression and natural uncontrived pose of the subject makes it a winner!Great shot John!Best RegardsAlf Link to comment
mikeosmond 0 Posted November 3, 2010 A beautiful warm portrait and I love the concept. Lighting is excellent as well. The only small thing bothering me is that her eyes don't seem to be in crisp focus - the focus seems to be on her right hand - or perhaps I just need glasses ;O)Regards,Mike Link to comment
kombizz 16 Posted November 3, 2010 good use of natural lighting - like her costume, her head banda and her pose - overall you produce a lovely capture - Are they sweet bread in the basket? Link to comment

hamidfarzandian 0 Posted November 4, 2010 I like this photo very much! I think its the best among your portraits. You used ambient light very artfully with nice shadows to impart depth and mood. Very artful. I also agree with b/w version which apt to the mood and space here. Congratulations for this exceptional different shot. 7 for me.Hamid. Link to comment
