seungkyelee 0 Posted August 12, 2010 Jæren, western coast of Norway. June 2010. European searockets and sand ripples catching the first rays of the sun on a coastal sand dune. Knowing the exact position of the sunrise allowed me to plan this photograph the evening before. This is one of my favorite photographs I`ve made at Jæren and the small searockets, that most people don`t even notice, are main subjects with what I think of as optimal light conditions. Thanks for looking. Best Wishes Seung Kye Link to comment

richardthompson 0 Posted August 15, 2010 The light and shadow is truly the transformative ingredient, making the ordinary extraordinary. The small delicate plants and fine ridges of sand take on a monumental presence. It is a work of art in nature, Seung Kye. Wonderfully taken. Link to comment
