malmer 0 Posted January 23, 2010 Same technique and comments as for pics no. 1 and 2. Please view the magnified version. Criticism and comments are most welcome. Link to comment
kharper1 80 Posted January 23, 2010 Great color and texture in the rocks (HDR?) but the sky looks painted in and really doesn't work for me. Regards, Keith Link to comment
malmer 0 Posted January 23, 2010 Hi Keith, Thank you for the remarks. Yes the picture is blended from 5 different exposures. The shortest one with exposure time of 1 sec is completely dark except for the blue sky. I can assure you that it is by no means "painted in". How it works for you is a different matter. stuhagenphotography 0 Posted January 24, 2010 Hey, Per... This one really looks good when you expand it to it's full resolution. You can see every grain in the sandstone. Well done. Link to comment
fernandosalas1 0 Posted January 24, 2010 Perfect shot, the textures look so soft, the colors are amazing. Bravo. Link to comment

thadley 15 Posted March 4, 2010 Super image - we are indeed fortunate that so many photographers at PN have been able to capture this location superbly. By the way, using 5 images and getting this clarity is amazing. Link to comment
BelaMolnar 2 Posted September 8, 2012 Your extremely blue sky do not fit with the subject. A more moderate, real sky will do it better. The composition is nice, but the sky is like a dark blue acrylic paint. Cheers. Link to comment
