3m 0 Posted November 28, 2009 I very much like your picture. The juxtaposition here of the standing dog against he woman in movement works very well! It creates an interesting view, especially against this background! Kind regards,Marjolein Link to comment

alfbailey 4 Posted March 23, 2010 Great street shots always look a lot easier to achieve than they actually are, I love this one, theres a great contrast between the dog and the very busy person, "Job Hunting" is a good title but from the dogs perspective, I might suggest an alternative as "Whats The Rush"? Nice work Val! Regards Alf Link to comment
tangerine1 0 Posted March 23, 2010 Thanks, Alf!The title you're suggesting is much funnier and I like it a lot. I always try to find meaningful titles that complement the pictures themselves, but sometimes fellow photographers have better ideas than mine.I based my title on the posters in the window: "summer jobs in the USA", "work in USA", "work in America". After I decided on the title, I chose to apply a harsher tonal contrast which I considered more appropriate to this image and this title. Now I'm considering changing the title. And I think the new title would require a softer contrast, in order to achieve a more "relaxed" mood. Link to comment
