Great image, Ryan.

Even light is invisible until it touches some thing or somebody. You recognized and recorded with excellent artistry the sense of the "alternating touch of light".

I think this version is great.... I hadn't considered cropping the left silo that much, and I think it's perfect. This version really focuses on the light. Very nice work.

This definitely is the best photo of your skyscrapers series, Ryan. The two others more look like (good!) postcards, showing these silos in their environment, but as that environment looks quite "common", there is no real "wow"-feeling.

 

Here, it is different as you choose to single out a key feature of the silos: their verticality + the rhythm created by their structure and by the delicate light falling on them.

 

To put it briefly: adequate framing, composition and light management.
