Yes, that's a funny street shot:) Are they hiding ?

I liked the photo because it shows people standing in an awkward position that makes us wonder about what is going on. The group of people on the right let us think about local reaction.

 

If this is a photo of people standing at one of those signs that has holes cut into them for faces; in this case, photographing people from this side of the sign might have been more interesting. Good photo; shows humor.

This is almost a prototypical 'classic' photo - the couple from the rear contorting to get their faces seen through holes on the front side.

 

I may have seen a similar photo in my lifetime in the distant past, but do not specifically recall. Whether or not done by another photographer, ever, it's a great gag, and makes a wonderful photo.

 

It's an instant classic: Belongs on next year's street 'best' grouping if the Administration decides to have one then.
