giuseppe_pasquali 0 Posted October 19, 2009 self-portrait. I am astonished by the richness of this work (both from a compositive pov and as far as tones are regarded). Compliments Jack, another gem, Giuseppe Link to comment
bosshogg 4 Posted October 19, 2009 There is a mysterious nature here. Almost English in appearance. But I have no idea why it seems that way. Damn magicians! Link to comment
kentb2 0 Posted October 20, 2009 Hi Jack, I'm sitting in the Narita airport on a layover and thought I better see what my friend Jack is up to. It's another magic act image...pulling from thin air an aesthetic beauty that I can assure you most would snooze right by. Wish we could bump into one another one of these days. Take care. Jack McRitchie 150 Posted October 20, 2009 I have learned a lot from the people I consider master photographers here on photo.net and the four gentlemen who commented on this picture have been among my most influential teachers. I am sincerely grateful for your response to this picture. Link to comment

wieslawmamon 0 Posted October 31, 2009 Beautiful image in a little bit surprising composition which may cause some visual illusions, like this monochrome impression and the subtle use of the light and shadow play which gives a mysterious atmosphere to the whole. I can't help thinking that this photo in its mood is somewhere between E.C. Escher's drawings and A.E. Poe's novels. Link to comment
adan1 0 Posted November 28, 2009 This is a perfect example of your mastery at using light to provoke our imagination. The mysterious and foreboding mood combined with the assortment of geometrical shapes found throughout the composition create an effect that is bewitching. Link to comment
