single photos Looking through the door...

i like the overall composition and the fact you have opted for B & W to photograph this iconic landmark. 

The arch (or door) itself stands out well against the brighter background, but I find that the steps in the foreground are barely distinguishable from one another, which is a shame as I think they would be a great leading feature of the composition. 

The grasses also seem to lack any shadow and depth, maybe just a small amount of adjustment in processing would fix this. 

The other element of the composition I like is the solitary person, he adds a feeling of solitude to the atmosphere as well as contributing to the sense of scale.
