David-Wisse 5 Posted September 18, 2009 Michael and Lise - So good of you to stop by and leave a comment. Glad you found this one pleasing to the eye . . . Best, David Link to comment
Not Here 93 Posted September 18, 2009 Great shot, beautiful afternoon color, warm sand and cool water... Although Hans looks a little under impressed with the beach :-)... Mike Link to comment
David-Wisse 5 Posted September 18, 2009 Thank you Mike - Yes, Hans was a bit uncooperative - as if to say "I'll sit here if you insist, but you can't make me look happy about it"! Best, David Link to comment
dirk_juergensen 0 Posted September 29, 2009 Of course a 7/7 if you would let me vote. Probably the best dog photo I've seen so far. Link to comment
David-Wisse 5 Posted September 29, 2009 Thanks very much Dirk - a fine complement from one as accomplished as yourself. If you insist, I'll run it up the flag pole and see who salutes, (or not!). Best, David Link to comment
kovic 0 Posted September 29, 2009 Lovely! The light is perfect! You've done it again DW! Link to comment
alfbailey 3 Posted September 29, 2009 Very Aesthetically pleasing image, but what really does it for me is the contemptuous air of the dogs who I imagine are thinking "How long do we have to sit here with wet sand on our butt" Great Capture I love it! Kind Regards Alf Link to comment
Christal1664882414 0 Posted September 30, 2009 This has lovely soft lighting and is a wonderful composition. But I love the restraint you've captured in these fantastic dogs (yours?). We just got back from the Oregon coast, and I saw literally hundreds of dogs frolicking on the sandy beaches. These must be really well-trained dogs to be able to restrain themselves like this in such a playground. Very nicely done! Link to comment
hoosier 0 Posted September 30, 2009 I just want to add my voice to the chorus. It really is THAT GOOD ! Link to comment
axel-cordes 0 Posted September 30, 2009 Like that color combination. They seam also to enjoy the sun set. Very nice. Congratulation! Link to comment
chris_panagiotidis 0 Posted September 30, 2009 David, this is an eye candid!Superb in every aspect! I cannot praise it enough as it merits, but I'll stick a bit to this magical light and the dynamic composition (about the four beauties any attempt would fall short!) Compliments and regards, Chris Link to comment
