Driving along a country road last summer I came upon this strange scene as the road dead ended - what seemed like a family of 5 middle aged and elderly people sitting on a porch all seemingly lost in a daze staring off into the setting sun. Realizing I had no where else to turn around except in their driveway, I immediately waved hello mumbling something to the effect that I thought I was lost. Not one of them moved or acknowledged my presence. As I drove off, I fumbled for my camera and managed a few images. This is my re-creation of that "twilight zone" momemt.
