Fog Over the Canadian Rockies

This photo is one of my oldest slides, taken on a trip through the

Canadian Rockies. My camera at the time was a manual exposure Argus

Cosina. This photo still remains a personal favorite.

The foreground is very dark. Hav you tried to lighten it up any? Other than that nice photo.

You cached the mood very well, but try to ad a little bitt of detail to the bottom part.

 

I just noticed, this image is on film. Try to get a better scan, to get more detail of the bottom dark part. Or! Scan twice, one to expose to the dark area and second scan to the light area, and combine the two image on the PS.

Michael and Bela, Thank you for your comments. You are both correct about the dark foreground. This slide is going to require a high end scan to pull some detail out of the shadow area.
