The Spear Fisherman II

I'm impressed with both the photographer and the heron -- perfect timing to catch two elusive subjects.  Catching a salamander or perch is one thing, but a trout is much more difficult.  Judging by the location of the bill right behind the head, the heron couldn't have aimed or timed the strike more perfectly.  Sinh used a shutter speed to capture water drops flying in the air and preserved all the detail and sense of action exceptionally well.  Great composition within the frame as well.
