michaelfranz 0 Posted September 16, 2008 Great capture. The misty background, the slow shutter speed and the composition! Very well done! Link to comment
jsphoto 0 Posted September 16, 2008 Very engaging shot Adrian. I think your shutter speed is perfect. The balance between the detail in the foreground and the mysterious mood in the background is very intriguing. p.s.Congrats on getting runner up in the ICP Awards. Its a great shot! Link to comment
wild_moments 0 Posted September 16, 2008 Certainly pushing the envelope with this shot. I love it. BTW - what does ICP stand for? I thought it was Insane Clown Posse? Link to comment
berenos 0 Posted September 16, 2008 Such dynamic shot, with the rock breaking the waves. Also the white foam all points into th same direction giving it an unique pattern. Link to comment
adrian_klein 0 Posted September 16, 2008 Michael, thanks for the comments. You are most correct... ICP does stand for Insane Clown Posse but it's reference here is for Art Wolfe's International Conservation Photography Awards or ICPA. Hope this helps! Link to comment
iancoxleigh 0 Posted September 16, 2008 Another really impressive image Adrian. I like the dichotomy between the highly dynamic and active water and rocks and the very, very still and balanced fog. This is not just the difference between fog and waves -- your composition also plays a role in accentuating the requisite aspects of both elements. Congratulations too! Link to comment
anhaga 0 Posted September 17, 2008 It's all been said - very, very attractive and enticing image - atmosphere is superb. James Link to comment

berta lozano ofelan 0 Posted March 9, 2009 I haven´t seen many seascapes in B&W around here, this one looks great. Thank you for sharing Link to comment
BelaMolnar 2 Posted September 9, 2013 The subject, the composition is perfect. It is a very nice image, how ever, I have a little problem with the processing. I understand, it is a long exposure, but, I would use some trick to get the foreground rock and the plashing water more sharp and detailed.Cheers. Link to comment
