pnital 36 Posted August 18, 2008 Giuseppe, the composition is touching, and the time is probably a factor. Pity that the halo of overshrpening is very strong and noticeable, and still it is soft and a bit gray .Despite the technical flaws, the scene is interesting, I wonder why you titled it afterwar.... I like the interaction between the children. Link to comment
giuseppe_pasquali 0 Posted August 18, 2008 thank you for your comment. Technically speaking you are absolutely right: yesterday I did quite a mess, firstly with the scanner and then in a too quick post production, but this photo means really a lot to me, and I have posted it here because this is my personal birthday present, from myself to myself. This is to remember that also after more than twenty years innocence is still innocence, and if once upon a time you have touched the glorious dance of innocence among the ruins you will never be the same again and if you can keep beauty and purity with you during this short, too short, life, you can call yourself lucky and blessed. This is a personal reminder and I was happy and lucky to share this with my PN friends. Thank you again, Giuseppe Link to comment

giuseppe_pasquali 0 Posted August 18, 2008 this is my first digital birthday present :-) I was born on 16/08 of almost 45 years ago, so those candles aren't surely enough :-)) The day was a really nice one. Thank you for your present and your thoughtful, always interesting comments. Ciao, Giuseppe Link to comment
jokeweier 0 Posted February 11, 2009 Hadn't seen this one before, but a great shot. The girl can tell what she want, the boy lives in his own world. The DOF make this photo to a fine one. Ciao. Link to comment
