Emmanuel Enyinwa 0 Posted May 28, 2008 On a wet, windy day, I captured a series of images I blended into an HDR image. For purists and fundamentalists, I apologize for flipping the image horizontally, especially so iconic a sight, but I wanted a truly abstract image. I am still working on the HDR process, and hopefully, I will return with a more detailed description of how I made the image. As always, thanks for your time. Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted May 29, 2008 I like the heavy sky. The way the bridge seems to be leaning makes me nervous, and perhaps that's your plan. Link to comment
cphilpott 0 Posted May 30, 2008 Powerful, unique, twisted, inspiring, truly unusual. The flip catches any local off guard but the composition certainly works this way. Link to comment
bosshogg 4 Posted May 30, 2008 Great image. I like it a lot. To hell with purists. I could see this getting even wilder. Link to comment
knobby6 1 Posted May 31, 2008 Love bridge images. I like your crop pretty good, but I'm thinking how it would look with the bridge from corner to corner. Kind of hard to tell unless u do it and see how it looks. In any event still a pretty good image. Link to comment
kslonaker 0 Posted May 31, 2008 The only thing that bothers me is the "dirty" sky. It doesn't quite mesh with the clean lines of the rest of the image. Just my opinion for what it's worth. I like the abstract feel to this. Link to comment

katzpjs 50 Posted June 22, 2011 Your b&w HDR processing is quite nice. I like less contrast is my HDR work but I know I am the exception in that arena. I normally would suggest to a photographer to straighten the horizon line, but I love the artistic view of the bridge here and the slanted horizon adds nicely to that look.Very nice work.
