Hi Walter, this is shot indeed well composed and exposed, given the characteristics of the film (do you think in Infrared when calculating the exposure ?) and backlighting. The atmosphere is special. I have been trying to find some IR film here, to no avail. Best wishes. Peter

well, yes, I guess one does have to switch trains of thought when dealing with this film. There is some predictability with it but you have to be prepared for the unexpected.Pete, you should be able to find this film at Freestylephoto.biz. Thanks for the visit. Regards.

Another Tatulinski masterwork... When I first saw it, I had initially thought I'd try to tweak the tones and post my 'version' as the whites looked "muddy" to me, but after reading the tech details, I am loathe to attempt anything other than admire this powerful image.

Love to see someone shooting infra-red! It is a fun thing to do. I like always how the vegetation seems to get a nice glow about it.

I fiddled around with infra-red a while back - bought a used SLR that had a light sensor that extended into the infrared range & then put an infra-red filter in front of the lens. Can only really take pics on a still day, because exposure times are long...

Thanks for stopping by Aina! Yes. indeed, IR is fun. I have not shot much of it lately but I think I am going to change that soon. Regards.
