janisok 0 Posted December 21, 2007 Indead! Nice shot Doug. Love the bottles leaning in the bottom left corner. J Link to comment
bosshogg 4 Posted December 21, 2007 Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't you once post a similar or the same image? Whether of not you did, this is very nice. The somewhat precarious pile has some lovely color to it, and it's a good composition. Cheers. Link to comment
janiebarber 0 Posted December 21, 2007 What a great shot!! I was drawn to it immediately. The colors and composition is great. Being the antique buff that I am, I was checking out the drink cases. Love it!! Thank you for your comment on my "Can't Trust Men". Sam and I have a lot of fun together and if we find something such as this we always have a big time with it. I actually saw it driving down the street and told Sam I had to have that photo with him in it. Of Course, Sam is always willing to be a little bit humorous as that is the person he is. Sam and I have a great time together and always enjoy our road trips together. Doug, so glad to have met you at this site as you have been a good friend and always value your expertise. Sam and I want to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy, and successful New Year. Link to comment
dberryhill 3 Posted December 24, 2007 As always, your memory is right on. A variation of this, and the one of the tires, are both repeats. I've had trouble keeping color pics from losing contrast and saturation when uploaded. I've gotten a bit better at it lately, and wanted to put these two back up. On this one, I also changed the crop, which added a bit more tension. Link to comment
dberryhill 3 Posted December 24, 2007 Thank you both, for looking and taking the time to comment. Link to comment
dberryhill 3 Posted December 24, 2007 Thank you and may the holidays be a time of peace and joy for you and Sam. I've always admired the fun you two share in your photographic pursuits, while also taking some wonderful pictures. You long ago left behind any need for advice from me, if you ever did.
