karl.jahr 0 Posted October 29, 2007 Alberta: Thanks for your critique. I value it. But this time I disagree with your comment about depth of field. My intention is to make the yellow leaves the main subject of this picture and a sharp background and depth of field would only detract from this objective. Actually, you will find in many of my pictures that I have the habit (style?) to compress the motives by using long tele zoom settings, rather than showing a scene with lots of things around the main motive. There are many ways to skin a cat, and this is my way. Nevertheless, your critique is always welcome. Cheers. Link to comment
