Very good work. What a wonderful relic. You've got the tones just right to induce that melancholy nostalgic feel. I can almost see the wrecking ball swinging off to the right. Pow! And it's gone....

I was thinking it could use some dodge and burn throughout to balance the levels and bring out the gritty details throughout the frame.

 

A darker road makes it stand out more like the Superama it claims to be. I drew a lot more detail out of some of the brick at the bottom of the piers on either side of the entrance, but lightened the details over the door. Tighter cropping forces the viewer to see the geometry of the lines in the pavement. Leave it natural or work on it? I don't know.
