marck mcgill Posted March 5, 2004 Share Posted March 5, 2004 Some time ago I had the chance to buy a used 35GL in the US for cheap. It worked for some years, until the shutter refused to open up any longer. I tried to have it serviced, but the man told me that the camera had a shutter of the "white" (early) series, which was known for being defective and was almost impossible to repair. He suggested me to buy another used unit, I would have saved money by doing so. Did anyone ever heard of these "white shutters"? Or of a defective serie?
