moe_p
Does anybody have a rough and ready scale for shelf life of various film speeds? I have a 3200 film stored unexposed for up to a year at room temperature and am wondering what adverse effect there will be on it. I don't have the date on it but think it was well in date to begin with.

lex_jenkins
BTW, Mo, it's fine with me if you want to use a fake e-mail address or even a real e-mail account specifically set up for use on photo.net to keep down the spam. Just remember to uncheck the box that automatically delivers replies to the e-mail address you give in your bogus photo.net account. Otherwise everyone who replies to your question gets a bounced reply. In other words, you're effectively spamming everyone who replies to your question by your efforts to protect yourself from spam. A little consideration, please. This has occurred repeatedly on the b&w forum too and is rather annoying. Half a dozen bounced replies in a week from someone who asked a question but didn't want to receive any answers.
bob_yates1
Well, my son left a half-dozen rolls of NHG in his car for about year, and they were 10 months out of date when he found them. I shot a roll and it turned out fine. Don't think I would try it with slide film, though.
