stephen_denby
I am hoping that someone has experimented with Ilford HP5 exposed at 200asa then developed in Ilford ID 11 stock or (1+1) could you please let me know your times allowed ? Regards Steve..
scott_eaton
Cut your normal 400 time by 1/3 to get EI200 times. You get lower contrast negs....that's the point of pulling conventional B/W films. Personally I think Delta 400 and HP5 are at their best at 320-400, but for high contrast situations pulling helps.
matthew_stanton2
10 minutes at 20 degrees. No presoak. Agitate gently for the first minute then use 4 gentle agitations for 10 seconds every minute. This should be ideal for 35mm. This is for the 1:1 dilution.
don_karon1
I find the speed varies between 200 and 250. I develop using D76 1:1 at 75F and find the time required is 9:00 to 10:30 depending on which calibration run I look at. So I take a middle position and shoot at 200 and develop for 9:45 at 75F. patrick_gainer
You might also use Microdol X or Perceptol and develop for normal contrast. Who knows? You might like it.
