mendel_leisk
Currently, questions related to printing and related issues such as profiling tend to get posted in Digital Darkroom Forum. I'm not printing much, and tend to tune them out when on this forum. IMHO, printing questions and issues seem distinct from scanning questions and issues, and worthy of a separate forum. Any opinions?
al___3
Since you asked for an opinion... At some point dividing the forums into finer and finer specialization is counter- productive. For instance, calibration questions are distinct from scanning questions and epson printing questions are distinct from HP printing questions. At some point you need to draw the line and I think the division of digital darkroom is a fine enough distinction. At least that's my (completely unqualified) opinion. emre
I think it is quite natural for people who have digital images to want to print them--I would imagine few have an LCD projector. There would be little traffic left if you moved Printing.
mendel_leisk
Well, I'll conceed the nays appear to have it. Thanks for responding. I feel a bit sheepish posing such a question without being a patron, and will look into that.
