mike_kearney
My sb-28 is now nonfunctioning (again). It is out of warranty and I'm looking at the Quantum t2 for mostly b/w portraits with my F5. Any experience w/ this flash and Nikons? Thanks
ellis_vener_photography
You won't be able to use Matrix metered TTL flash control with it. Quantum evidently choose not to license the technology from Nikon, or perhaps Nikon wouldn't license it to them. It will work with centerweighted and spot TTL metering however.<P>The T2's are good units.
bill_dewberry
Its a great flash, I prefer to put mine on a light weight light stand, and use radio slaves, rather than mounting it to a flip bracket , its a handful when flipping.
