This was in my early days with manual film cameras (without an “auto” setting option), which I shot knowing almost nothing about the process. Using total guesswork based on a “sunny 16” chart I’d found somewhere, I wound up with these shots which actually do capture rather well the essence of my experience in this lovely city.
