Many members will appreciate any information you are willing or able to provide regarding location, shooting process, exposure settings, equipment, and information on the subject(s), including scientific and/or common names. The snowy owl (Bubo scandiacus) is an Arctic bird whose range is in the Arctic, Canada and some northern US states along the Canadian border. Somehow this particular individual has been around Cypress, in Orange County in Southern California, just south of Los Angeles since December 27, 2022. Such warm climate is completely out of the snowy owl's normal range.
