Matt Laur Posted August 12, 2020 Posted August 12, 2020 Important: please keep your image under 1000 pixels on the longest side for in-line viewing, and please keep the FILE SIZE UNDER 300kb. Note that this includes photos hosted off-site (at Flickr, Photobucket, your own site, etc). Are you new to this thread? The general guidelines for these Wednesday threads are right here:http://www.photo.net/nikon-camera-forum/00W7km. This forum's moderators are allowing up to three Nikon Wednesday images per week, so share some work! I remember, many a Nikon Wednesday ago and many times, sharing photos of one of our bird dogs when she was young and frisky and full of life and trouble. Seems like a lifetime ago, those young days - and indeed it did become a lifetime, as we had to say goodbye to her at the ripe old age of sixteen and a half. It would be sad, but it's not, truly - because that was a long life well lived, and it filled us with adventure and sweetness and just enough mischief to keep us on our toes. Hug all those dogs out there, dog people! And share some if you got 'em. Here's Regan in a shot I may or may not have put here before (so be it!). D300, most likely, and a 70-200/2.8. 5

Matthew Currie Posted August 12, 2020 Posted August 12, 2020 I chopped the top off an old microscope and made it into a stand for tabletop macros. Here, playing with same trying different flash placements, is why that old microscope would not go up and down. D7100, typesetting lens in microscope adapter 2
