michaellinder
Those of you who celebrate the Festival of Lights will know that the image does not portray a chanukah menorah (a chanukia). For those who don't celebrate Chanukah, the chanukia holds a total of 9 candles - one for each of Chanukah's 8 days and one that is used to share its light with others. michaellinder
Not a high point in the history The triumphal march of Titus on his arch. Certainly, not a high point in Israel's history, but a high point in Ancient Rome's. Your photograph is well done, but it clearly doesn't celebrate Chanukah. The men in the sculpture are carrying out the Menorah from the Second Temple after Roman troops destroyed it.
JDMvW
but it clearly doesn't celebrate Chanukah. I'm puzzled. Your post didn't celebrate Hannukah either, as you even said. o_O And I do know what the image represents, as I said, it's the triumphal march....
