victor_ng2
Hello everyone, I'm in the market to buy a used lens (on line) and I really want to know how old of the lens (to estimate/guess how much the lens had been used), how do I do that? Can I used the serial number on the lens, is there any place/website that I can plug that number in and it'll tell me? If not, how? Thanks! SCL
Since you didn't specify the manufacturer it makes it hard to direct you. There are numerous sites depending on the manufacturer. Google is your friend to start the process.
paul ron
Try looking it up on KEH for prices. Digital or analog? It would help if you told us what lens it is or a photo or a link to it? As above, SCL said... each manufacturer has its own dating system.. The more you say, the less people listen.
