donald_miller5
I can not putb down this Jupiter lens and HC110 suits my tastes a lot mor than I expected from reviews. It is not that grainy and real convenient. There was sargeant in the motor pool in Korea (urban legend ?? who said I will be damn if I will look it up in the god damn manual. Well I read a few short primers on BW photography and I think I got something out of it, Pentax spotmatic tmax

rick_drawbridge
Still cold and overcast down here with an icy wind and spitty rain, not at all conducive to photography. I don't know where Spring went... However, my neighbour's daughter, a high-school student, dropped in a Nikon F3 camera she was considering buying, and asked me to check it out, so I loaded a short length of Arista EDU Ultra 100 and had a quick safari around our very wet garden, in between rain showers. The camera was fine; it's fitted with the 50mm AF Nikkor D f/1.8 lens, rather lightweight construction but a very sharp and contrasty performer. Considering the poor light, I was impressed by the results, and I'll post a few samples. The film was developed in PMK Pyro and scanned on an Epson V700 Photo. donald_miller5
I have 75 feet of arista ec ultra and did a couple of feet. Waiting for the water bath to stabilize. What a coincidence. Pinklather
bertliang - like the perspective on the tracks & the old pickup. Rick D - tones & crispness just keep amazing. 'Meet my Mustard' is fabulous Erko - the double is wonderful. Tony, if there's a tone to be had in that harbor shot - you got it! lovely. 'Haven't gotten to shoot film for about 2 mo. The winter was rough & collapsed the pump house (water supply). Knowing nothing of carpentry, I was very fortunate to have a kind neighbor help me tear it down & rebuild it. 'Quite an education. I got out last week to shoot & have 4 more rolls to process, but this image came from the first. 500cm/50c FP4 1:1:150 f11, 41s. 'Scanned in color & not converted - gives the sepia/orange cast. Think of it as "Snatchblock comma - large" Its a couple inches shorter than my 6' frame. The doors behind it are from old growth fir, 4" thick each, weighing 500lbs each.

Mike Gammill
This was the 39th Prairie Arts Festival, BTW. I used the Konica quite often in the past years because it was quick to focus and lightweight. My dad would take a ton of black & white photos and would display photos from past years on the camera shop windows.
