<p>Well I've been out of photo action these past two weeks (due to things going a bit hectic at work) so here's one I made earlier: my wife and I made chocolates two weekends ago for the wedding next month where I'll be on photo duty, and I was tasked with assembling some favor boxes by way of prototypes.</p><div></div>

I've been travelling and after 20 hours or so after leaving home here I am in Lima, Peru. Less than a mile from our hotel is

Thanks for the good wishes. The antibiotics are working and I feel much better.

 

There is a story about a Scotsman visiting his nephew in California. As the visit continued the weather was bright and sunny each day. The nephew could tell that his uncle was not his usual self so he asked him what was wrong. His uncle replied “Laddie I could do with a bit ‘o gloom”.

 

Last week the uncle would have been happy in Indiana. I am posting a shot taken as I was trying to check out the depth of field of the A100 kit lens.<div></div>
