hey guys is there away of adjusting the reading of the Sekonic twin mate L-208? mind is reading one stop off???

Most hand held meters have a screw on the bottom for "zeroing" the meter. Cover the cell completely with something opaque and then check the needle position. If it isn't at zero, then turn the screw until it is. Your meter may not be linear in response to different light levels, but that is a different question without a simple answer.

- The L208 uses a silicon photodiode, which shouldn't wear out, or need any adjustment.

I take it you've fitted a new lithium cell?

Checked the battery compartment for corrosion or dirty contacts?
