Hello and a good Nikon Wednesday to all. Had the more or less annual pleasure of photographing another litter of fine seven week old German Shorthaired Pointers puppies a few days ago. Though we usually deliver the portraits as sitting-upright poses, this one generously offered up some variations, including this charming reclined scene. Had any particularly accommodating subjects? Share!

00eB3x-565823884.jpg.b52ea9c0c98c4965b5a7403215c61f82.jpg

Ronald: I've tried to do that with butterflies and failed miserably. Good effort. As ever, nice shots everyone - I'll lower the standard with more holiday snaps.

Accommodating subjects? Not especially, although at least the helicopter tour let us on after we turned up a bit late. (For anyone cross-checking my itinerary, no photos of Vegas. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.) Here's the Grand Canyon West Rim helicopter tour, with more clouds than I'd have expected. This is the only one I'll share actually from the chopper.

00eB5x-565834884.jpg.2a587dd383950a3cfb33e9e98e43903b.jpg
