Uhooru
Wow, week 35 already. Ok all, please post your favorite pic/s for the week. Yes if you really have another pic or 2 that you really like and want to show, feel free to put it up. I start off with a photo from last weekend at a "body art" demonstration at a friend of mine's studio. I used a Panasonic GX7 with a Leica 35mm Summicron. Enjoy and don't be bashful. You lurkers, come on in and post a photo.

Lou_Meluso
Bessa-R, Canon LTM 50mm f/1.4

I found an old roll of 400 speed color film in a corner of a drawer about 18 years out of date. Rating it at 200 ASA I still was way under exposed and super grainy. Oh well. This image was barely salvageable but did look somewhat interesting.

Alex_Es
Barry: I cannot top that this week. Brad: Yum, Dutch Master style. Louis: Great effect. A very successful "failure."
My modest contribution: Leica M + Summicron 28/2 Asph.

charlie lemay
Anks Alex, I've passed that rock hundreds of times and this was the first time I saw it that way. I love it when that happens.

I see some cyan drift around the corners, most noticeably in this image on the left edge. The warm tone of white boat turns cooler as you look near the left edge of the frame. Presumably, using IR-cut filter in front of the lens would have made this worse. Times like this, I wonder whether I should be looking to buy a used M9 that offers manual lens correction setting. At current market price of $3500, however, M9 is still outside of my price range.

By the way, you can see Grant's Tomb in the background in this picture, if you are interested in that kind of details.
