jenkins
Anybody else come across this? It's mainly in the shadows, I have recalibrated as I have read that switching to version 2 can work with the Colour Munki over 4 to achieve a uniform representation for both programs, bit that hasn't worked.

I have had to go back to PS and adjust the image to make it acceptable in Lightroom, very odd.

Any ideas?
philfx
Not sure what you are talking about.
Are you talking about Raw, a Tif a jpeg?
Are you talking about developing it in each app?
Are looking at the same image in one of the file types and you see it look different in one vs the other without any adjustments?
Most common issue is that you made adjustments on any filetype in LR and when opening that file independently, those adjustments are not visible.

jenkins
Phil I am talking about a completed PSD file that has been saved in PS to Lightroom but are not looking the same. I've noticed this before on a few occasions, it seems to be the blacks.

So switching from one program to the other they are not identical. No added adjustments in Lightroom.
digitaldog
Are you viewing the image in Develop module at 1:1 while in Photoshop the same view?
Author “Color Management for Photographers" & "Photoshop CC Color Management" (pluralsight.com)
philfx
As AR asks...
If you view in Develop mode it will tap into the actual file instead of the preview... when you zoom in you can compare the difference between LR and PS.

Also in PS, Control+Y will give you a prof preview, just be sure that isn't somehow enabled.
ellis_vener_photography
Are you exporting using Pro Photo RGB or in another color space?
jenkins
Oh boy! - Seemed the problem was my colour space was sRGB in Photoshop, I am feeling shame as I type this, deep repentant shame.

I must have forgot to change it after the upgrade..
