hbs
This is the only shot I have of a camera that my wife had back in 1993. It was well before my first Nikon DSLR and my wife doesn't remember what it was. Does anyone recognize it? I suspect it might have used 35mm film but I'm not 100% sure.

Thanks.

charles_stobbs3
Possibly an Agfa of some kind? They often had red shutter release buttons.

steve_levine
In 1993 ,it certainly would have been a film camera. The first point and shoot digital's were still a few years away. Almost every camera manufacturer made 35mm P&S cameras too. That's the problem IDing it. Perhaps someone here will recognize the model/brand? You could try searching online for 35mm p&s's for sale too. You will probably find it, assuming it wasn't a foreign bought, off brand.
JDMvW
Almost all these point-and-shoot cameras were pretty similar. You could probably say any of the major makers without fear of contradiction.

Nikon One-Shot, for example.
hbs
I guess I've been hoping that someone would see this and say "Hey, I have one of those. It's an xxxxxx".
One problem is that the shot of it that I have shows the top. Most photos of cameras on the Internet show the front.

One can hope.
