Saw the couple taking picture in the very unique sign on Embarcadero. Road. Grab my 77mm as quick as I can and turn to wide open and the unique moment is what this lens has been waiting for.
.
.
Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

MattB.Net Posted November 11, 2013 Share Posted November 11, 2013
I got my K-3 last week and have been acquainting myself with it. It really nice to shoot with and I feel like the ergonomics are a step up from the K-5. It seems a little noisier at high ISO than the K-5 which is maybe a little disappointing. I'm hoping I'll find good ways to work around it as I use it more.
First evening with K-3
K-3 & DA 18-135
<a title="IMGP0160-Edit by MattB.net, on Flickr" href=" src="http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5546/10734954765_8f879300d5_z.jpg" alt="IMGP0160-Edit" width="640" height="426" />
.
K-3 & DA40
<a title="IMGP0298-Edit by MattB.net, on Flickr" href=" src="http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3794/10753363864_1486173db0_z.jpg" alt="IMGP0298-Edit" width="426" height="640" />
.
Then yesterday my friend and I did a big mountain bike ride on a new (to us) trail a couple of hours away. The trail was fun but hard and our 38 Mile loop ended up taking about 6:45. I'm pretty pooped today!
K-3 & DA 18-135
<a title="IMGP0437-Edit by MattB.net, on Flickr" href=" src="http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7460/10793869253_cb713bf2b9_z.jpg" alt="IMGP0437-Edit" width="426" height="640" />
Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
michael_elenko Posted November 12, 2013 Share Posted November 12, 2013
Unlike Matt ahem ahem, I'm still K-3-less, but was greeted on this holiday by the yellow sticker on the door, so maybe tomorrow. . .in the meantime here are a couple of recent snaps from my commute with the Q. The small size is especially handy when I ride my mid-life crisis-inspired Vespa to work.
Cormorant Central Casting

Tahoma at Dawn

ME
Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
