DSLR Holster for Backpacking

I'm planning a 5 day Yosemite backpacking trip next year. I'll be bringing my DSLR with a 4 inch lens. Can anyone recommend a holster style case to carry my camera around in? Preferably waterproof and compact.<br>

<p>I have the Lowepro Toploader Zoom 45 AW and 50 AW. The 45 should be big enough for your 4 inch lens.</p>

I backpack in Yosemite every summer. My style is to put the DSLR and lenses in my backpack and not take it out until I have good light which is usually early in the morning or around sunset. I will carry a point and shoot to have handy just to document the trip. I would personally find a camera holster uncomfortable but that is just me. I don't think you will be disappointed by Yosemite.</p>
