Lauvau
Hello,
This is a moment that I try to view the "traditional values" speeds on my 5D MarkII (Like .. 60/125/250/500/1000/etc). Can not find the command? Ideas?
thank you,
L.
JDMvW
Not sure what you're asking.
Where and why are you trying to "view" them?

When taking pictures, just choose Tv and set your shutter speed with the dial on the top display or in the viewfinder. When taking a picture in some other mode the speed will show up in the viewfinder and on the top display.
Lauvau
Sorry, I'm in the wrong term. Not "view" but "choose".
You know, my current speed-exposure values are 90/125/200/250etc. I wish I had the normal values, like we Leica :) (60/125/250/etc)
bobatkins
It's a custom function. You can choose 1/2 stop steps, 1/3 stop steps or whole stop steps. You're currently set to 1/3 stops. You want 1/2 stops.

Not sure which menu it's under on the 5D MkII, but it will be in the manual.
anthony_r.1
I think he wants whole stops.
jamie_robertson2
Custom function I - 1: Set to half stops instead of 1/3 stops. The 5D MkII does not have the option to use only full stops for aperture or shutter speed, only for ISO.

Even so, why on earth anyone would want to limit a camera like this to full stop steps is beyond me.
