Soon you may catch theirs.”
The EyeSee is sold by Italian mannequin maker Almax SpA. It’s more than a dummy: the software analytics recognize faces, ages, gender, and more about everyone who wanders in front of the mannequin. Yes, many ceiling-mounted security cameras do that already — but the EyeSee is at eye level, and customers look directly at it.
Source: http://pmanewsline.com/2012/11/25/cameras-in-mannequin-eyes/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+pmanewsline+%28PMA+Newsline%29
johnw63
Good idea, but it will make them cost a bunch more and may need to be plugged in or have really good batteries. Probably wouldn't work in the bathing suit section. So little clothing on the mannequin , the camera eye may be more obvious.
