AlanKlein
Very nice Mark. Being in construction, it's always interesting to see spaces that are torn apart. You may consider a follow-up article showing their restorations. Maybe something in between like the on-going re-construction for the next tenant or business. Good luck. jamie_robertson2
Good plug Mark and genuine congratulations! Looks great. I am part way through my own first book and stuff like this inspires me. Good project idea by the way. I think Alan's idea of a follow up project would be good.
john_reynolds10
Isn't lulu.com a self publishing service? Which isn't to diminish your achievement in selecting papers and bindings and uploading images but really don't you think it's not quite the same as a publisher being enthusiastic about your work and then putting up the money for a print run and promotion, then staking his reputation on it by having it placed in bookstores where people interested in fine art would shop? Also the idea isn't particularly original not that it neccesarily has to be, but was superbly covered years ago by Canadian American artist Lynne Cohen with some outstanding very large format prints at an exhibit at the Olga Korper gallery in Toronto. It's a tough world...

lex_jenkins
John, you were off to a good start. A little tactless perhaps but not out of line. Too bad you didn't stop while you were ahead.
