Andy Murphy
As many already know, Nikon Rumors is predicting the new 70-200 f4G ED VR for November with price between $1000 & $2000. Weight is almost half of the current 2.8 version. Sounds like a winner to me: Do you agree?
Peter_in_PA
This isn't really a rumor site. The only people who know for sure are not talking.

frank_skomial
Let's see if it has a bad focus breathing like the new 70-200/2.8 VR II, or lesser focus breathing as the 70-200/2.8 VR I.

The latest 70-200/2.8 VR II is really a 134mm long lens when focused at close distance and zoomed at 200mm. (See Thom Hogan's lens reviews.).

However, due to light weight this new lens will be more likely used outdoors, or as a travel lens.
