There is no general prohibition on photography on private land - meaning that is isn't automatically prohibited and hence you do not require specific permission.<br> Photography on private land is allowed unless the landowner specifically makes you aware of a restriction - either by telling you or by posting a specific "no photography" sign. Even then, if you take photos you own the copyright and are free to use them.
