pw flex tt5 vs Mini tt1

<p > I am buying few Pocket wizards for location shoot. I will mainly shoot in manual but i also want to take advantages of TTL so my consideration is Mini tt1 + flex tt5 + AC3. My understanding is I put AC3 on Mini tt1 and put Mini tt1 on my camera. I put my flash on flex tt5 and start shooting. I was watching videos on Pocket Wizard and it says Flex tt5 can do all the job of Mini tt1 and more ... so ..</p>

<p>would it be more useful to buy 2 x flex tt5 + AC3 ? The price is same here.<br />Can I mount AC3 on Flex tt5? I know I can mount AC3 on Mini tt1.</p>

<p>So what the pros and cons of buying</p>

<p>2 x Flex tt5 + AC3 or<br />1 x mini tt1 + AC3 + 1x Flex tt5.</p>

<p>If Canon then the Phottix Odin system gets better reviews.</p>

<p>A Flex TT5 is $20 (Nikon) to $30 (Canon) more expensive than a Mini TT1, and it's a lot bigger as well. That can make it inconvenient to difficult for the shooter to get to the camera's controls, depending on the model of camera used.</p>
