I'm planing to purchase 6x4,5cm Bergheil but the one I'm looking for comes with no film/plate holders. Will Ica Atom's holders fit the Bergheil as both are the same frame size? Thank you! john_shriver Posted October 3, 2019 Share Posted October 3, 2019 European metal plate holders are infuriating for their variety of sizes and fixation methods. I don't think the ICA Atom No. 726 holders will fit. They have a stepped side, and are held in by two retaining clips on the side near the dark slide end. You tuck the other end onto the camera, and then press the upper end to snap in. They have a raised rim around the film aperture. (I've got four of the 726 holders for my Ica Atom, would be happy to have more.) These Bergheil plate holders appear to have square sides, and appear to slide in. Ica also made No. 721 and No. 729 4.5x6 plate holders that slide into the camera. The latter were for the cameras formerly made by Hüttig. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
