michaela_wilkes1
I shoot with a Canon 50D, usually edit with DPP and Elements. I download my raw images through dpp. How do I transfer them to a cd, a client has ask for one, I have no clue. Thanks in advance!!!
Matt Laur
They're just files. No different than work processor document files, or JPGs, for that matter. You just need to use your operating system's file management tools to open up the folder containing those files, and drag copies of them over to whatever application you use to burn CDs.

It's difficult to be more specific, since you didn't mention what sort of computer you're using, what version of which operating system, or how you normally go about making CDs (do you ever? do you have a CD burner available?). So, need more to go on, here.
michaela_wilkes1
Sorry, guess that would help. I have windows Vista I usually burn my cds through Windows Photo gallery, those are already jpegs, obviously.
Matt Laur
Just go to My Computer, then to whichever of your disk drives has the files on it. Navigate down into the folder that has the raw files, select them all, and then right-click on that selected list. You should see a menu option that says "Send to..." from which you should in turn be able to choose to burn a CD. Files are files! You can burn any file to a CD using the same process.
