Lens hood for a Vito IIa?

<p>All,</p>

<p>Any suggestions / recommendations / words of advice on lens hoods for a Vito IIa? There's an original Voigtlander 29mm push on hood available on ebay but it's priced almost as much as I paid for the camera (including CLA!) so I'm open to alternative, cheaper suggestions.</p>

<p>Look into <a href="http://silverbased.org/series-filters/">Kodak "Series" filters and hoods</a>. You can usually get them on Epay for a buck or two. Find the appropriate adapter ring (screw in or push on), then the common Series "X" filter or hood for the ring. 1 1/8 rings are easy to find. Maybe you can bend the prongs out to get you the extra .5mm?</p>
